February Tax Prep Series Recap
In February of 2025, Nikki Elliot of Elliot Advisory Group, led a tax preparation series at the Knoxville Entrepreneur Center.
Session one was a deep dive into self-employed deductions, including home office benefits and unique strategies like paying your child to work, as well as state and local tax filing requirements, 1099-NEC/MISC basics, and the tax Form Schedule C. Individuals brought tax queries to the second session, covering 1040 intricacies, tax brackets, and filing statuses.
