Allison Campbell is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fluffy Friends for Children with Chronic Conditions. She majored in biochemistry/cellular and molecular biology and graduated in 2021 as a Haslam Scholar. Her professional experiences range from biomedical research through the University of Tennessee Medical Center and Oak Ridge National Laboratory to leadership positions with the local Children’s Miracle Network hospital – East Tennessee Children’s Hospital – and other nonprofits. She founded her company in 2019 with the guidance of UT’s Legal Clinic in the College of Law and the Anderson Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Most importantly, she is giving back with her whole heart to the medical community that has helped her become who she is today.
