Jason is a former Naval Officer, F/A-18 Super Hornet pilot, and executive coach with 20+ years of leadership experience spanning the U.S. Navy, a SaaS startup, and coaching senior leaders.
He believes leadership starts with leading yourself first; owning your patterns, your defaults, and your impact on the people around you. His coaching is built on direct, honest conversation grounded in values, priorities, and situational questions designed to help you consider perspectives you might not be seeing. Jason adds the most value with students ready to take honest ownership of how they lead and how they can create a high-performance team.

When he’s not coaching or speaking, you’ll find him spending time with his family, riding his motorcycle in the Smoky Mountains, or finding an airplane to fly.
