Johnny Mack (John McCulley) is a healthcare technology executive and operational strategist with more than two decades of experience building software systems, leading high-performance teams, and solving complex logistics problems at scale. As VP of Operations at OnDemand Connect, Johnny leads the strategy and execution behind StatCall, StatMobile, RideIQ, and Navigator, platforms that power medical transportation logistics and EMS communications for hospitals, health systems, and providers nationwide. His work sits at the intersection of clinical operations, software development, and enterprise integration, with deep expertise in EDI, FHIR, API architecture, and on-prem deployments across some of the country’s most demanding healthcare environments. Through Mack2 Strategy, Johnny consults and speaks on operational leadership, AI adoption, and systems thinking for organizations navigating growth, complexity, or change. His frameworks, including the Momentum Method and Systems that Save, are built from real-world execution, not theory. As co-founder of WYWO.ai, he is tackling the missed call problem for time-sensitive businesses, turning unanswered calls into captured leads and closed loops through AI-powered communication workflows.
Outside of work, Johnny is a father of five, husband to Carrie, writer, musician, and follower of Christ. He leads with purpose across every role he holds, from the boardroom to the sideline as executive director of Karns Youth Sports, a nonprofit feeder athletics program serving the Knoxville community.
