Brett has an extensive background focused on tech and tech adjacent (professional services) high-growth companies. He has well over a decade of experience in software/SaaS including roles as CFO. In addition, Brett has been involved in multiple buy and sell-side transactions including PE investment on the sell side, acquisitions adding to a private equity portfolio on the buy side, and strategic sell-side to Accenture. These transactions included pitch decks, management presentations, quality of earnings, and extensive due diligence. In addition to the strategic and hands-on financial support (including planning, forecasting, cash flow projections, and modeling), Brett can also offer his clients, if requested, additional support with the back office, including first line legal and HR support. He thrives in a high-paced, high-growth environment with a passion for contributing to and accelerating growth. Brett has an MBA from Kennesaw State University and a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Finance.
