Andria Yates

Andria would love to meet with Growth Stage and Executive Level Founders.

Andria is an advisor, consultant, and educator. At UTK, she is a leadership coach in the Executive MBA program and teaches undergraduates, in addition to serving as a past EIR for the UT Research Foundation. She has taught/teaches across the university: Department of Management & Entrepreneurship; College of Arts & Sciences Department of Psychology & Neuroscience; College of Collaborative & Emerging Technologies; leads summer study abroad programs to Italy.

Andria helps individuals and organizations navigate challenges and seize opportunities to thrive. With degrees in engineering and psychology, she has progressed from entry-level engineering roles to EVP positions in organizations ranging from large manufacturing to greenfield ETN and Bay Area startups, and she manages her late husband’s business as well. Mentoring entrepreneurs at the Anderson Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation and providing consulting and coaching to a wide range of clients in her private practice, she also loves supporting the KEC as a mentor.
